Jili Raja – Terms & Conditions Platform Usage

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Jili Raja ("Platform", "we", or "us"). These Terms govern your use of all services, products, and content available at jiliraja.biz.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any Jili Raja service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform immediately.

To register and use Jili Raja's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be aged 21 years and above on the date of registration. Jili Raja takes the protection of minors from gambling seriously.
• You must be an individual (not a company, organisation, or business entity) registering under your own name.
• You must not appear on any list of players banned or restricted by Jili Raja for prior reasons.
• You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in the jurisdiction where you are located.
• Jili Raja employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to be active members of this platform.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at Jili Raja. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a serious breach of these terms.
• The name on your Jili Raja account must exactly match the name on your official identification document for withdrawal purposes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Jili Raja will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
• Any suspicious activity or unauthorised access must be reported to the Jili Raja support team immediately.
• Jili Raja reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including copies of identification documents, bank statements, or other relevant documentation.

Jili Raja only accepts deposits from approved payment methods registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits or transfers from borrowed accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Jili Raja does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges.
• All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) only.
• Jili Raja reserves the right to decline deposits suspected of originating from illegal activities or money laundering.

Withdrawals at Jili Raja can only be made to the same or a registered payment method held under the member's account name. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals via FPX to a bank account are processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days.
• New members who have not completed the KYC process may be subject to withdrawal limits until verification is complete.
• Jili Raja reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold while an investigation is carried out in the event of suspicious account activity.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal – please refer to Section 5.

Jili Raja offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only. Each player is eligible to claim this bonus once over the lifetime of their account.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x of the total bonus received.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Jili Raja reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is found to have occurred, including multi-accounting or deliberate low-risk wagering to fulfil wagering requirements.
• Some bonuses are only valid for specific game categories such as slots, Live Casino, or Sports Betting. Please check the specific terms of each promotion.
• Jili Raja reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available at Jili Raja — including jackpot slots, live casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo), poker, and lottery — are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless a verified technical failure acknowledged by Jili Raja is proven to have occurred.
• In the event of an internet disconnection or technical failure during gameplay, Jili Raja will resolve the round based on server records. The server result is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are set by Jili Raja and are subject to change without prior notice.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any technology to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for every slot and casino game is publicly displayed in the relevant game information.

Jili Raja's Sports Betting section covers football (EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas & Uber Cup), esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile), basketball (NBA), tennis, and over 30 other sports.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Jili Raja system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where permitted by the Cash Out feature.
• Jili Raja reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes in the event of a significant odds error caused by a technical fault or incorrect information.
• Bets placed on matches that are cancelled or postponed for more than 24 hours will be fully refunded to the member's account balance.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets containing one or more cancelled matches will be recalculated based on the remaining valid matches.
• Misuse of insider information or collusion to manipulate betting outcomes is prohibited and will result in account closure and legal action.
• Jili Raja reserves the right to set maximum betting limits for any match or market at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jili Raja platform and will result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account to fraudulently obtain bonuses or other advantages.
• Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to influence game outcomes.
• Sharing your account with another user or allowing others to access your account.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Jili Raja platform for any form of illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors for personal gain without reporting them to Jili Raja.
• Using a credit or debit card that does not belong to you to make a deposit.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at Jili Raja support staff.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the security systems of the Jili Raja platform.

Jili Raja reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The member breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• There is evidence or suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or illegal activity.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no activity.
• The member themselves must request account closure in writing through Jili Raja customer support.
• The member has been diagnosed with a gambling problem and has requested self-exclusion.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting Jili Raja customer support. Any valid balance (not subject to investigation or bonus conditions) will be returned via the registered payment method within 7 business days.

Jili Raja is fully committed to responsible gambling principles. We recognise that gambling can be addictive and take this responsibility seriously.

• Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings at any time.
• The "Self-Exclusion" feature allows members to suspend their account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without needing to provide a reason.
• A Self-Exclusion Programme is available for members who wish to distance themselves from the platform for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
• Jili Raja will not send promotional communications to members who have activated Self-Exclusion.
• If you or someone you know is experiencing a gambling problem, please contact the Jili Raja support team for a referral to appropriate help resources in Malaysia.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jili Raja shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from service failure, technical disruption, or circumstances beyond Jili Raja's control (force majeure).
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by members in connection with the use of the platform.
• Personal financial decisions made by members based on information obtained from the Jili Raja platform.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Jili Raja's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Jili Raja reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

• For significant material changes, Jili Raja will notify members via their registered email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the Jili Raja platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• It is the member's responsibility to check this page regularly to stay informed of the latest terms.
• If you do not agree with the updated terms, you have the right to close your account in accordance with the procedure outlined in Section 9.
